Neil Denman received his Bachelors Degree in Accounting (summa cum laude) from Louisiana Tech University in 1997. Upon graduation he started his accounting career with the Big Five firm of Deloitte and Touche, LLP, and then received his license to practice in 1998. After five years with in the tax compliance department, Neil joined the Rogers Accounting Firm, P.A. and was admitted as a partner in 2002. After managing the day-to-day operations of Rogers, Denman, & Associates, PLLC, for over two years, Neil completed the buyout of his partner in the summer of 2005 forming Denman & Associates, CPA, P.A.
Neil is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Arkansas State Society of Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He currently serves as Treasurer for Calvary Baptist Church and is President the Westside Referral Chapter of Business Network International.

Deron K. Hamilton, CPA, is committed to excellence and integrity in working with his accounting clients. He is a partner in Denman, Hamilton, & Associates, CPA, PLLC, and founding member of My CPA, LLC.
Deron is a graduateof the University of Memphis and obtained an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2001. He started his career in corporate accounting at Alltel Inc., later becoming a Senior Finance Manager with AT&T Inc. Over the past fifteen years he has utilized his wealth of knowledge in areas of budgeting, tax planning, financial analysis, corporate accounting, as well as other areas, while delivering a client experience second to none.
In the Spring of 2014, Deron will be releasing his first book. It has an emphasis on how to obtain financial freedom combined with concepts for the entrepreneur to be successful.
Deron has been married to his beautiful wife Felecia for seventeen years; they have a son and a daughter.
