Kenny Weaver, PA-C
Kenneth (Kenny) Weaver PA-C works as an extension healthcare provider of Dr. William F. Hefley, Jr., M.D., treating patients for injury and illness of the hip, knee and shoulder and using minimally invasive joint replacement techniques, arthroscopy and conservative measures.
As a native of Arkansas he joined the United States Army 82nd Airborne as a Combat Medic in 1988. After four years and two deployments he joined the Arkansas National Guard while attending the University of Arkansas at Little Rock to earn a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. In 1997 he was accepted to the Military Interservice Physician Assistant program, graduating in January 2000.
Kenny is currently board certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physicians Assistants (NCCPA) and board certified Physician Assistant Surgical Assist since 2000. He has been a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Arkansas Academy of Physician Assistants since 2000.
Kenny retired from Arkansas National Guard as Battalion Medical Officer in 2009 with 21 years and 4 deployments to Desert Shield/Desert Storm and 2 to Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Kenny resides in North Little Rock with his wife Tamara of 15 years and they have 3 children, Corbin, Logan and Grace. In his spare time Kenny coaches his kids’ baseball and football teams and enjoys running, biking, hunting and fishing. He is also an active member of I.C. Church..

Chris Casey, PA-C
Chris Casey, PA-C was raised in Searcy, Arkansas, by his parents, Warren and Suzanne Casey. He grew up attending the Searcy Public Schools with a significant interest in sports, music and science and graduated from high school with honors along with All-State awards in basketball and All-Conference in track and field. Chris attended Harding University where he majored in Biology with special interests in Herpetology. Upon graduating from Harding with his Bachelors degree in Biology, he was accepted into the first class of Harding University Physician Assistant Program. He graduated from Harding University PA Program in the summer 2007 and subsequently joined OrthoSurgeons in the fall of 2007. He married his wife, Carrissa, in 2009 and they currently live in Maumelle.

Brandon Dodds, PA-C
Brandon Dodds, PA-C is a mid-level provider who functions as a physician extender for Samuel A. Moore D.O. treating patients for general orthopedic issues.
He was raised in Searcy, Arkansas. He went to Harding Academy where he played football, and threw shot-put and discus in the track and field program. He then graduated from Harding University in 2010 where he majored in General Studies with an emphasis in Business, and Science. In January 2011 he married his wife, Allyson. He then attended the Harding University Physician Assistant Program from which he graduated in the fall of 2013. Brandon joined OrthoSurgeons in the spring of 2014. He and his wife, Allyson, currently live in Searcy. Brandon is an active member of West Side Church of Christ in Searcy. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys working on small engines, hunting, and fishing.

Christian C. Perry, PA-C
Christian C. Perry (Chris) has been with OrthoSurgeons since 2003. Chris attended Wake Forest University, Winton-Salem, NC and graduated cum laude in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree. After obtaining his undergraduate degree he then attended Yale University School of Medicine’s Physician Associate Program in New Haven, CT and graduated in 1995.
Upon passing his national boards in 1995, Chris went to work for the Hughston Clinic, PC in Columbus, Georgia which at the time was the largest orthopedic group in Georgia. Chris worked with a traumatologist and reconstructive sports medicine surgeon and was involved with the teaching of new Orthopedic surgeons completing Fellowships in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
After 8 years in Georgia, Chris joined Dr. Scott Bowen in 2003. Chris is actively involved with all aspects of the practice and sees patients both in the office and the hospital, as well as operates with Dr. Bowen. Chris calls his move to Arkansas and OrthoSurgeons “the best professional move I have ever made”.
Chris has been married to his high school sweetheart, Janet, since 1995 and they have 2 daughters, Lauren Grace (2002) and Caroline (2004). In his spare time Chris works with the Harding Physician Assistant Program and enjoys marathon running, golf, and soccer with his girls. He is an active member of Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock.
